Cancellation: 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If an appointment is not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment there will be a 50% cancellation fee to the card on file. No-shows: Anyone who does not show up to their appointment or reschedules without a 24 hour advance notice for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will therefor be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to the card on file. Late Policy: There is a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive within this time, you will receive the remainder of your appointment time, but the price remains the same. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment must be rescheduled and will be treated as a "no-show" and you will be charged 50% of the appointment price. Guests: Due to limited space, I kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone. The studio has minimal room, and I strive to maintain a calm and professional environment for everyone. Photos: To document my work and showcase my lash artistry, I take before and after photos during your appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that photos of your lashes may be taken and used for my professional portfolio, website, and/or social media. I will make every effort to keep photos focused on the lashes and avoid identifying features whenever possible. If you have any concerns about photos being taken or used, please let me know before your appointment.
